Ingredients

Ground beef, lean, 1 lb
28 oz can Red Pack crushed tomatoes
Brown rice, Minute Rice, 2 cup
Taco Bell - Taco Seasoning Mix (1 packet)
Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz)
Water, tap, 2 cup
Directions
Brown the ground beef and drain. Add water and bring to a boil. Add the crushed tomatoes, brown rice, taco seasoning and bring to a boil again. Reduce heat and corn. Simmer for 5 minutes on low. Turn off heat and let sit for 5 minutes more.
