    4 cups shredded cabbage -- shredded
    1 whole carrot -- shredded
    1 whole apple -- diced
    1/2 cup dried cranberries
    1/2 cup pecan, dry-roasted -- chopped
    4 whole dried prunes -- chopped
    1 cup celery -- finely diced

Directions
