Introduction

It's a very healthy, filling, vegan-friendly soup! It's a very healthy, filling, vegan-friendly soup!
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    1 Lb Lentils
    1 whole onion
    1 cup sliced celery
    1.5 cup sliced carrots
    9 tsp Better Than Boullion (vegetable)
    9 cups water

Directions

Bring lentils to boil in the water. Once they are boiling, add vegetables and boullion. Continue to simmer for approximately one hour until desired texture.

Makes approximately 9 1-cup servings.
