IntroductionSomething quick for lunch! Something quick for lunch!
Red Ripe Tomatoes, .25 cup, chopped or sliced.
Bean sprouts, 0.75 cup
Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
Mushrooms, fresh, 1.75 cup, pieces or slices
Carrots, raw, 1 medium - chopped
Celery, raw, 2 stalks, chopped
orange zest, 1 tsp
Juice of 1 Orange - remove seeds, duh!
Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp
White Rice, medium grain, 1 cup - cooked
In a large fry pan, combine the 3 oils. Bring to saute temperature.
Saute the carrots and celery till slightly softened, then add the onions, cook onions till translucent.
Now add the tomato, sprouts, mushrooms and garlic.
Add the orange zest, and the orange juice.
Saute till everything is done.
Serve over the white rice
