    * Radishes, 5 medium (3/4" to 1" dia) sliced
    * Cucumber (with peel), 0.5 cucumber (8-1/4") sliced
    * Carrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) shredded
    * Romaine Lettuce (salad), 3 cup, shredded
    * Scallions, raw, 1 medium (4-1/8" long) sliced
    * Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    * salad seasoning
    * Salt, 1 dash (remove)

Directions
