chicken gyro type wrap

Ingredients

    skinless chicken breast deboned
    onion
    bell pepper (i used green)
    3 oz water
    mrs dash (i used original)

Directions

cook chicken breast in abt 3 oz of water on med heat in skellet. add bell pepper,onion and seasoning. i covered with a lid to quicken cooking time. tear the flat out wrap and cut into making 2 wraps. and lay aside. when chicken is tender turn off heat and load it onto the 2 wraps. putting equal amounts on both. then add lite ranch dressing to each (that's all i had it fridge you can put whatever you like or nothing at all) wrap up and eat.
