Ingredients

    12 oz Polish Kielbasa (quartered and sliced)
    4 cups brown rice
    1 cup peas
    1 cup chopped carrotts
    1/2 of a large onion
    soy sauce to taste

Directions

First get everything ready, cut up the Keilbasa, carrotts, and onion.
Put Kielbasa in skillet or wok, on med high heat, add soy sauce. Let cook for about 4-5 min
Add onions let cook about 3-4 min
Add onions and peas, add soy sauce as needed,
While doing this cook the rice so can be done and aired some (I use success boilin bags, two for 4 cups).
You can add scrambled eggs if you would like too I do 4-6 eggs.

Serving Size: makes 10 2 cup servings
