Red Wine Vinegar
Crush the garlic and spread around the entire bowl.
Add Salt, Pepper, and Dry Mustard to the bowl
Coddle 1 egg. (Bring water to a boil, and put egg in water for 1 minute. Continuously stiring the egg)
Add egg yolk
Add oil, vinegar, lemon juice, and worchestire sauce
Mix well and let stand for at least 20 minutes
Wash and dry 1 head of romaine lettuce. Tear into bite size pieces. Add to salad and top with parmesean cheese and croutons and serve.
