Ingredients

    * *Flour, white, 2.75 cup
    * Yeast, bakers, 0.25 ounce
    * Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    * *Extra Light Olive Oil, 2 tbsp

Directions

In a large mixing bowl combine 1 1/4 cups of flour, the yeast, and 1/4 salt; add warm water and oil. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed for 30 seconds, scraping bowl. Beat on high speed for 3 minutes. Using a wooden spoon. stir in as much of the remaining flour as you can.
Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface. knead in enough of the remaining flour to make a moderately stiff dough that is smooth and elastic. divide dough in half. cover and let rest for 10 minutes. use to make pan pizza or thin-crust pizzas.

Serving Size: 2 pan pizzas or 2 thin crusts
