My New Veggie Soup

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Salt, 1/2 tsp
    Mrs. Dash, Original Blend, 1 tsp
    Black Pepper, 1/2 tsp
    Water, 4-6 cups
    Mushrooms, 1/2 cup
    1 Reg. Size Organic Kidney Beans
    Organic Butternut Squash, 1 cup
    Organic Carrotts, Cubed, 1/2 cup
    Organic Cubed Zucchini,1/2 cup
    Mushrooms Diced, 1/2 cup
    Organic Cubed Eggplant, 1/2 cup
    1 small Onion Cubed

Directions

Place all indredients in a pressure cooker and cook for about 5-12 min. depending on how well you like your veggies! Pull off heat and allow to continue cooking and cooling before removing lid. When lid can gently be pulled off then its ready to serve!
