Introduction

99% fat free ground turkey breast with textured vegetable protein 99% fat free ground turkey breast with textured vegetable protein

Ingredients

    TVP one cup
    Extra lean 99% fat free ground turkey
    one ounce Barbecue sauce

Directions

Mix barbecue sauce and seasoning with tvp add enough hot water to hydrate TVP
Combine ground turkey and TVP and form burgers.
Cook on non stick cooking survace using butter spray to prevent sticking

Serving Size: makes 5 burgers
