Thin Crust Pizza Dough

Introduction

Super easy pizza dough. Makes 2 large thin crust pizzas or freeze some and use another time. Can also be used to make delicious flat bread and served with dips. Super easy pizza dough. Makes 2 large thin crust pizzas or freeze some and use another time. Can also be used to make delicious flat bread and served with dips.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 oz dry active yeast
    1 tbsp honey
    2 cups warm water
    1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup all purpose flour

Directions

Mix honey with 1 cup of warm water.
Add yeast once honey is dissolved.
Let sit for 10 mins until foamy.
Pour yeast mix into a large bowl.
Add flour and oil and combine mixture.
Knead for about 10 mins.
Use a little extra flour if too wet or add a little extra water if too dry.
Leave for at least 30 mins to rise.
Punch out air for 5 mins.
Split into 2.
Roll or stretch out dough onto baking tray.
Add toppings
Cook for about 15 mins @ 475

Serving Size: 8 servings (1/4 pizza per serving)
