Tea, Milk Tea (Chai)

Introduction

For a little added flavor, crush lightly a green cardamom pod and/or stick of cinnamon. For a little added flavor, crush lightly a green cardamom pod and/or stick of cinnamon.

Ingredients

    10 oz skim milk
    10 oz water
    1 rounded teaspoon Ceylon (loose) Tea leaves
    2 splenda

Directions

Combine milk, water, and tea in pan on stove top. Bring to boil. Let simmer a couple minutes and rest for a couple minutes without burner on. Pour through strainer into two latte cups with one (or two) packets of splenda.
