Buttery Cooked Carrots

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3 cups carrots, chopped into 1/4 inch thick pieces
    2 T butter, salted
    1 T honey
    3 tsp brown sugar
    1/4 tsp ginger

Directions

Cook carrots in water until tender crisp. Drain water. Add remaining ingredients. Cover until butter melts, stir.

Serve and enjoy.
