Introduction

My 4 year olds love these! Sometimes I add a little of the carnation instant breakfast in with the food processor for a little more chocolatey taste. My 4 year olds love these! Sometimes I add a little of the carnation instant breakfast in with the food processor for a little more chocolatey taste.
Number of Servings: 21

Ingredients

    Raisins, .25 cup (not packed) (remove)
    Peanuts, dry-roasted, 2 cup (remove)
    Carnation instant breakfast (sugar free), .25 serving (remove)
    Dates, 0.5 cup, pitted, chopped (remove)

Directions

Rinse fruit and do not dry. Combine all except instant breakfast in food processor. Shape into balls and roll in carnation breakfast for chocolate coating.

Makes 21 (1 Tbs.) balls
