2 cups Salsa
2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 cans water
1 pkt Taco Seasoning, reduced sodium
2 lbs Flank steak
1 cup Reduced fat sour cream
Cook on low 6-8 hours, High 4-5 hours.
Remove meat from sauce. Whisk in sour cream. Serve sauce over meat.
Great with rice and veggies or as a taco or enchilada filling.
