Ingredients

3-6 ounces espresso or coffee, chilled
    1 cup ice
1 cup Light Vanilla Soymilk (skim or 1% milk may be substituted. Just add 1/2 tea vanilla extract for flavor)
1 scoop Vanilla Nutritional Powder (Gold Standard 100% Whey or Carnation Instant Breakfast are good choices. Also, Herbalife French Vanilla Formula One tastes great)
1/2 tbsp Hershey's Caramel Syrup (Optional)
1 packet of low-calorie sweetener (Splenda, Truvia, etc.)
    Blender

Directions

Make 1-2 shots of espresso, or a cup of coffee, and chill in the refrigerator. Add ice, then nutritional powder and sweetener to blender. Next pour in your liquid ingredients (except the caramel), and blend to desired consistency. Pour in a glass and top with a swirl of caramel syrup. There are many variations on this recipe! Chocolate nutritional powder or syrup could be added, cinnamon or apple pie spice, whipped cream, chocolate shavings. . . Tell me about your modifications in the comments! Enjoy!
