Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 eggs
    2 egg whites
    1/2 c red pepper
    1/2 c onion
    1/8 c colby cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Sautee onion and peppers in cooking spray with seasonings of choice. Scramble the eggs and add veggies and cheese. Spray muffin tins and divide mix into 6 muffin tins. Bake 20 minutes.

Serving Size: 6 Muffins (3 muffins per serving)
