Introduction

Sauce for Tortellini with Salmon Sauce for Tortellini with Salmon
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 T Shredded Parmesan Cheese
    2 T Cream Cheese
    1/2 C Frozen Peas
    1/2 C Fresh Peppermint Leaves
    1/2 C Argula
    Juice of 2 Limes
    1 T Pine Nuts
    2 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Put all ingredients in food processor and puree. Makes about 4 large 1/4-Cup servings.

Serve over cheese tortellini with grilled salmon on top. Very light, nice, fresh flavor.
