Introduction

Ingredients

    13 oz. lean ground beef, 97%
    1 cup sliced zucchini
    1 cup sliced carrots
    1/2 cup diced onion
    lg. can diced tomatoes - with garlic OK
    1 cup V8 or vegetable juice
    4 cups water

Directions

Combine ground beef and onion and brown well. Add the remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, then simmer for about 3 hours. Spice to taste. I use parsley, basil, pepper and just a little salt.
