Introduction

Its really easy and healthy. You can add or subtract the ingredients Its really easy and healthy. You can add or subtract the ingredients
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 banana
    1/2 cup blueberries
    1/2 cup rasberries
    1/2 cup blackberries
    5 strawberries
    2 ice cubes
    1/2 cup 2% reduced fat milk (add less to get a thicker smoothie)

Directions

Gather all ingredients
Get out your Blender
Put all ingredients in it at the same time
Put lid on
Blend
If preferred, after you blend, whip it.
Pour into a large cup
OR
pour into 2 medium cups.

Serving Size: makes 1 or 2 servings
