Introduction

Adapted from recipe from Crown Point CSA. Light and delish. Use with my Sesame Ginger dressing. Adapted from recipe from Crown Point CSA. Light and delish. Use with my Sesame Ginger dressing.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 cups thinly sliced bok choy

    3 cups chopped Napa cabbage

    1 1/2 large red pepper, sliced

    1 cup shredded carrots

    1 cup chopped, seeded cucumber

    1 cup shelled edamame

    cup sliced green onions (or green garlic)

    1/2 cup slivered almonds


Directions

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Dress with Sesame Ginger Dressing (not included in calories).

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings.
