Peanut butter balls

Introduction

Ingredients

    1/4 cup agave syrup (or honey)
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    1/4 cup peanut butter (any nut butter can be used)
    1 3/4 cup popped rice cereal

Directions

mix agave and brown sugar together and stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Take off heat and mix in peanut butter until smooth. Stir in cereal, coat completely. Let cool 5 minutes, then roll into 1 tbsp balls. Chill on parchment paper, then store in airtight container room temperature!
