Tilapia Stir Fry

Introduction

Just made this dish with what I had at hand.

Very adaptable to suit tastes and needs just adjust the values of everything.

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    *Tilapia, 10 oz (remove)
    GV Frozen Broccoli Stir Fry - 1lb Package, 1 serving (remove)
    Spinach, frozen, 120 grams (remove)
    *Bell Pepper - Green, 116 gram(s) (remove)
    *Bell Pepper - Red, 191 gram(s) (remove)
    GV Whole Wheat Elbow Pasta 1/2 cup Dry = 1 Serving, 2 serving (remove)
    Pam spray
    Salt & Pepper to taste.
    Seasonings to taste if required.

Directions

Cook Pasta as per package instructions, drain and put to one side.
De-seed red and green peppers, cut into strips.
Spray large skillet with pam (couple of sprays), On medium high heat place peppers into skillet and stir, Add Frozen spinach, stir in and break up if necessary,Add the Stir-Fry, stir and cook for approx 20 minutes.
Whilst the veggies are cooking slice the Tilapia into strips.
Add Tilapia to Skillet and stir until the fish is cooked then add the pasta.
Add any Salt & Pepper and any seasonings if required but dont forget to adjust the calories etc.
Serve and enjoy
