Easy Lemon-Mustard Chicken

Introduction

Ingredients

    2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 tbsp stone ground mustard
    2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

Rinse and trim any fat from the chicken breasts.

Mix together mustard and lemon juice, and brush over chicken.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Halfway through, turn over and brush mustard mixture on other side.
