Ingredients

    3 c. carrot, peeled and sliced
    1 1/2 c. turnip, peeled and sliced
    6 oz. Velveeta light cheese, cubed

Directions

Slice carrots and turnips, place in casserole dish. Cube Velveeta and place randomly in casserole. Cover and bake at 350 for approx. 40 minutes or until bubbly.
