Ingredients

Shrimp, cooked, 400 grams
Basil, A LOT!!!
Limes, 1 fruit
Garlic, 10 cloves
Jalapeno Peppers, 5 pepper
Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 cup
Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Salt and Pepper (I like a little lemon pepper seasoning mix...)
Directions
blend the basil, garlic, jalapeno peppers until small enough - add lime juice and olive oil - pour over shrimps - let marinade for at least 4 hours - heat a pan, pour the complete mix in and cook until shrimps are done - add parmesan on top when serving - great salad topper or with pasta
