Ingredients

    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 3 cup, shredded
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
    Cucumber (with peel), 1 cucumber (8-1/4")
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Parsley, .5 cup
    Bacon, 3 medium slices, cooked

    Dressing...
    *Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz
    *Splenda, 1.5 tsp
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Olive Oil, .3 cup
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp

Directions

Chop all veggies, add to a large bowl.

Add all the dressing ingredients to a jar, top with lid and shake for a min. Drizzle over veggies and mix together.
