Ingredients

    1 cup pitted figs
    3/4 cup 100% pure orange juice
    1/4 cup 100% pure frozen orange juice concentrate

Directions

bring figs (pitted) orange juice and concentrate to a boil in a small pan, reduce heat to simmer and cover. cook for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. let cool then add to food processor and blend until smooth. you could use on toast or muffins, just like jam or apple butter
