Introduction

I just mixed this all together for dinner one night, and it's pretty good! I spooned it onto sliced bread, but I think it would be really good stuffed into a pita. Ingredients

    1/2 cucumber, chopped (with peel)
    3 oz. fat free crumbled feta cheese
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
    4 tbsp. Trader Joe's Fat Free Balsamic Vinaigrette

Directions

Just mix everything together and serve on bread or a pita.

Serving Size: Makes 2 servings (about 3/4 cup each)
