Ingredients

    sunflower greens (sprouts)
    bell pepper
    onion
    tuna in water (5 ounces)
    can add lemon juice if desired
    can add tomato if desired
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

put greens on bottom then add tuna, onion and pepper strips. can also add tomato if desired. salt and pepper to taste.
