Frozen Strawberries & Blueberries, 2 table spoons of NonFat Yogurt, half cup of non-fat milk and 1 scoop of whey protein isolate. Frozen Strawberries & Blueberries, 2 table spoons of NonFat Yogurt, half cup of non-fat milk and 1 scoop of whey protein isolate.

Ingredients

    0.5 cups of frozen strawberries
    0.25 cups of frozen blueberries
    2 table spoons of non-fat yogurt
    0.5 cups of non-fat milk (lactaid)
    1 scoop of mulcle milk protein plus vanilla powder isolate

Directions

Put everything in a blender and blend till berries and powder are well blended
