Layered Shrimp Salad

Ingredients

    Shrimp, frozen,cooked peeled and deveined 14 oz
    Iceberg Lettuce, 2 cup, shredded or chopped
    Scallions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Peas, frozen, 1 cup
    Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded
    Yogurt, plain, low fat, .(8 fl oz)
    *Best Foods Low Fat Mayonaise, .24 cup
    *Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz
    Honey, .5 tbsp
    Fresh Chives, 1 tbsp chopped
    Dill weed, dried, .25 tsp

Directions

Thaw shrimp and drain welll. in a large glass bowl. layer
lettuce, onion,celery, carrots, leas shrimp and cheddar cheese. ůrefrigerate for several hours before serving. Combine the remaining ingredients and serve with salad.
