Introduction

I make this with leftover grilled steak, but you could use any leftover cooked beef. I make this with leftover grilled steak, but you could use any leftover cooked beef.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    5-6 oz cooked steak, cut into bite-size pieces
    2 cups beef broth
    1 can veg-all (no salt added)
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1/3 cup frozen corn
    2/3 cup alphabet pasta (or any small pasta)
    1 tsp oregano
    1 tsp parsley

Directions

Simmer all ingredients for at least 15 minutes. You can leave it longer, if you'd like. You may want to wait to add the pasta until the last 15 minutes if you're going to leave it there for long. Makes approx. four 1.5 cup servings.
