Veggie Pizza

Introduction

made with low fat crescent rolls and 1/3 fat neufatchel cream cheese made with low fat crescent rolls and 1/3 fat neufatchel cream cheese
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 tube Pillsbury Low Fat Crescent Rolls
    1 8ox package Reduced fat cream cheese (neufatchel)
    Broccoli, fresh, .25 cup, chopped
    Carrots, raw, .25 cup, grated
    Cauliflower, raw, .33 cup
    2 green onions, chopped

Directions

Roll out crescent roll dough on cookie sheet so it makes a flat pizza-like crust. Bake for 10 minutes at 350. Let cool.

Spread cream cheese over cooled crust. Chop veggies and sprinkle over crust. Cut into 12 equal pieces.

I like to mix a little garlic into the cream cheese for a little extra flavor! Sprinkle pizza with shredded marble jack or cheddar cheese just before serving for a little added flavor (calories not included in nutrition info).
