Annie's Vegetable Soup

Introduction

Great tasting, hearty soup. Great tasting, hearty soup.

Ingredients

    Ground sirloin - you can use ground beef, but it will have more fat
    1T Salt
    1t pepper
    1/4 cup Splenda (or sugar, but this changes the nutritional info)
    1 Can Tomatoes, cut up
    5 potatoes, cut in cubes
    1 bag frozen lima beans
    1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
    2 cups water

Directions

Brown a pound of ground sirloin until crumbly. Add salt & pepper to the beef.
Add tomatoes and cubed potatoes.
Add 2 cups water and 1/4 cup splenda
Add bag of frozen lima beans and frozen vegetables
