1 cup cucumbers, sliced
2 slices rye bread, crusts removed
1 tbs chive flavored cream cheese
dill seed, to taste
4 baby carrots
1 colby jack cheese stick
6 pretzel crisps
Makes 1 serving.
Add milk to cream cheese as needed to make a spreadable consistency. Spread on bread slices. Top with cucumber slice. Sprinkle with dill seed.
