Moong Dal, Evelyn's (1 cup serving)

Submitted by: EJOY-EVELYN

Introduction

A healthy (Moong and ginger) and tasty dal. Spice it up as little or as much as you like. I use only 25% or half the peppers (Jalapeno and red chili powder) for my friends and it's plenty spicy (and makes a great soup - forget the rice). A healthy (Moong and ginger) and tasty dal.
