Low Fat Multigrain Pancakes

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    Dry ingredients:

    1 Cup All Purpose White Flour
    1/2 cup whole wheat Flour
    1/2 cup Multigrain Cereal - ground fine in blender
    4 tsp baking powder

    Wet Ingredients:

    1/2 cup Fat Free Greek yogurt (Faje)
    1 cup Vanilla Soymilk (Silk)
    1/4 cup light Agave
    2 Tbl flax see oil
    1/2 cup Egg Beaters

    3 cups mixed fresh berries - blueberries, raspberries and strawberries

Directions

Combine dry Ingredients in bowl. Combine wet ingredients in another bowl.
Add wet ingredients to dry until blended. (Add more soy if too dry) Cook on griddle until bubbly. Flip and cook for 2 minutes and serve with mixed berries and a dusting of powdered sugar.

Serving Size: makes 10 4" pancakes or 5 servings
