Heat water until warm in microwave, add to yeast, salt, and sugar. Add 2 cups flour and mix. Add 1 cup flour and knead. Divide into thirds and let raise. Ingredients

    1 oz yeast
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 teaspoons sugar
    1 cup water
    3 cups white flour

Directions

Bake at 400 for 10 minutes. Add toppings and bake for 15 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 3 pizzas ea cut in 8.
