Jenny's Spicy Hummus

Introduction

Authentic Syrian hummus with a kick :) Authentic Syrian hummus with a kick :)
Number of Servings: 25

Ingredients

    1 15-oz can of garbanzo beans
    cup lemon juice
    cup EVOO
    4 tbsp tahini
    1 tsp salt
    several dashes black pepper
    2 large cloves of garlic
    tsp paprika
    1 tsp cumin

    Blend everything but beans; then add beans in batches and blend until smooth. If needed, add a little more tahini and continue to blend. Smooth in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Add extra garbanzo beans as a garnish (and/or parsley).

Directions

Just blend!

Serving Size: makes 25 servings (each is enough to spread on a piece of bread)
