My Ultimate Resturaunt Salad Bar

Introduction

This is one of my favorite salad bars when we go out to eat at an AYCE Resturaunt. It sounds high in calories but is low in carbs and better for you than a deep fried chicken breast-and more filling too.
If japelenos arn't your style you can subtract 6.5 calories and 1.3g. carbs.

    *Fresh Spinich, .5 cup
    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 5 inner leaf
    Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes), 1 oz
    Mushrooms, fresh, 0.12 cup, pieces or slices
    Jalapeno Peppers, 0.24 cup, sliced
    Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat, 0.50 cup (not packed)
    Kraft Light Done Right Ranch Salad Dressing, 4 tbsp
