Parm Panko Crusted Hoki

Introduction

If you have a Fresh & Easy you can get a 10 oz bag of Hoki in the frozen section and try this recipe. I think you'll like it and so will the rest of the family. Ingredients

    1/4 c nonfat milk
    1/4 c egg beaters
    10 oz Hoki if frozen defrost
    1/4 c Kraft grated Parmesan Cheese
    1/2 c Panko bread crumbs
    1T Canola Oil
    Pam as needed

Directions

Wisk together milk and eggs and then soak fish in the mixture. In a flat dish combine cheese and panko crumbs. Place fish fillets in crumb mixture and coat well both sides. Preheat electric frying pan to 375 or 400 degrees with tablespoon of oil. Spray Pam as needed and carefully lay fish when hot. Make sure not to move until underside is thoroughly cooked. I spray a little Pan on the uncooked side before I turn it over. Cook other side and ENJOY!
