Introduction

This makes a lovely bread with peanut butter and jam. My favourite way to dress it up is with peanut butter, raspberries and a drizzle of honey. This makes a lovely bread with peanut butter and jam. My favourite way to dress it up is with peanut butter, raspberries and a drizzle of honey.
Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    3/4 cup coconut flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 cup coconut oil (or butter)
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 tbsp honey
    6 eggs

Directions

sift flour and baking soda together thoroughly. In a seperate bowl whist together all other ingredients. Combine and scrape into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes or until sides of loaf are dark brown. Slice thin (you don't need a lot for this bread!).

Serving Size: makes 18 thin slices
