Pickle Rolls

Introduction

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 block of Cream cheese (I use low fat)
    2 Tblsp Dried Dill Weed (or to taste)
    1 package Ham (or turkey) slices (again, low fat)
    Pickle spears


Directions

Soften cream cheese (I put in the microwave for about 30 seconds)
Add Dill Weed and Mix well
Take ham slice and dry with a paper towel
Spread on the cream cheese mixture most of the way up
Slice pickle spear in half and lay across the meat (long side)
Roll, then cut each into 5 slices. I usually use toothpicks to hold them together
My daughter loves these in her lunch.
