Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Beef, round steak, 1.5 lb
    *Flour, white, .25 cup
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, 1/4 tsp
    Stewed Tomatoes, 3.5 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 large, sliced
    Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp
    Canola Oil, 1 tbsp

Directions

Cut meat into 6 pieces. Mix flour, salt and pepper. Pound into meat. Set aside remaining flour. Brown meat in oil. Place meat in shallow baking dish and arrange onions over meat. Blend remaining flour with drippings in skillet. Add remaining ingredients. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Pour over meat. Cover and bake at 325 for 2 hours or until tender. Serves 6
