Introduction

I make this meal when I am rundown or sick. All the ingredients are great for keeping healthy and they are so tasty!
Serves 3
I serve this with brown rice.

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Chopped Onion, (1)
    Chopped Garlic, (5 cloves)
    Chopped Chilli, (1 or 1T)

    Grated Orange Peel, 2 tbsp
    Grated Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp

    Cubed Beef, (300 g)
    Green Beans, (1.5 cup)
    Soy sauce, (3 tbsp)
    Orange Juice, (from 1 orange)


Directions

1) Put all the ingredients together in a bowl

2) Marinate for an hour (not necessary, if you do not have the time)

3) Fry the marinated beef on a low meat until the beef is coked to your likely.

Serving Size: 1 Cup

    Opps I wrote this late at night, hence writing cok instead of cook and meat instead of heat. I also forgot write fresh chopped coriander, put a Tbsp in a minute before you take the beef off the stove. Enjoy guys!!
