Miso Salad Dressing

Introduction

I have been trying to make a miso dressing similar to an expensive store brand and this is the closest I've come so far. I have been trying to make a miso dressing similar to an expensive store brand and this is the closest I've come so far.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 t Sesame Oil
    6T Rice Vinegar (unseasoned)
    2T Red wine Vinegar
    2T Olive Oil
    4 oz White Miso Paste
    2 oz Apple juice/water
    1T Agave
    Shallot to taste

Directions

Place all dry ingredients in base of food processor. Add liquids in a measuring cup and slowly add in food processor turned on or to pulse until blended.

Serving Size: 2 Tablespoons or 1 ounce
