8 Oz Chicken Breast
2 Oz Feta Cheese
.5 Tbsp Basil
.5 Tbsp Oregano
.25 Tbsp Black pepper
.5 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
Rub Olive Oil on the chicken breast, coating thoroughly.
Roll in the mixture of spicing (Oregano, Basil, Black Pepper, and Garlic Powder).
Place in a casserole dish (with potatoes if you'd like) and set in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
Remove chicken and very carefully cut a pocket into the side of the breast.
Stuff with Feta, you may sprinkle more seasonings in if you'd like.
Place back in the oven for 10-15 more minutes.
Remove and serve with potatoes spiced similarly or on top of brown rice.
