Silky Peanut Butter Pie No-Bake (Sugar-Free, Low-Carb), HCG P3, South Beach P1

Ingredients

    1 envelope KNOX Unflavored Gelatin
    1/4 cup cold Chocolate Soy Slender (Skim Milk Substitute)
    3/4 cup heated Chocolate Soy Slender (Skim Substitute)
    3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
    8-9 Packets of Stevia
    2 cups low-fat cottage cheese

Directions

SPRINKLE gelatin over 1/4 cup of the cold milk in a blender, let stand for 2 minutes until gelatin is softened (it will thicken)
Heat cup milk in microwave until it is boiling, add to blender
Blend on low speed, until everything is mixed and dissolved
Add cottage cheese, blend until smooth
Add Stevia Packets, blend until smooth
Add Almond Butter, blend until smooth
Spray your pie pan (or individual serving trays, makes 8 services) with nonstick spray and pour into the pan
Refrigerate for 3-4 hours (or overnight until set)
ENJOY!!!
